Unlike standard bullion bars commonly available on the market, which are cast or minted with dull and irregular surfaces, the IGE gold bar stands out for its exceptional precision and craftsmanship. It is meticulously cut using numerically controlled milling machines and engraved through subtractive laser technology, ensuring a flawless and long-lasting shape and engraving.

After this process, the bar is hand-finished and polished to a mirror-like shine by master goldsmiths, transforming it into a true piece of luxury jewelry. For customized requests, the engraving is executed using the same laser technology, delivering unmatched precision and definition.

Moreover, thanks to the voluntary CoC (Chain of Custody) certification from the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), IGE gold bars are manufactured exclusively with pure gold sourced from ethical supply chains, ensuring a responsible and sustainable purchase.

IGE fine bars are composed of a specific amount of gold and the remaining part from alloy. In fact, we offer the following compositions - 18 karats: 75% gold; 14 karats: 58.5% gold; 9 karats: 37.5% gold; Within our shop you will also find 24 karat pure gold bars.

Legislative Decree 251/99 art. 2.1 requires for all precious metals to imprint both the fineness in thousandths and the identification mark. IGE ingots (brand of Orchidea Preziosi S.p.A.) have the fineness imprinted on the front and the identification mark *879AR on the back. After each casting, a certified test is conducted, which guarantees that the actual fineness is not lower than the declared one.

Ingots with different levels of fineness can keep their purchasing power over time, and give the customer possibility to save money. In fact it is possible to choose weight and percentage of gold in the ingot. This features combined with the possibility of customization (date, logo) makes the ingot a valuable and elegant gift idea for special occasions, events, corporate awards.
The 24 karat gold bar, on the other hand, is a perfect investment gift.

For us, transparency is everything. Our ingots (9, 14, 18 Karats) are charged 22% VAT since they are under gold jewelry products. We are able to offer our products at highly competitive prices because we are direct producers and process large volumes of precious metals. This allows us to have very low unit costs. No VAT will be charged on our website if you purchase a 24Kt pure gold ingot instead, the classic investment gold.

You can choose from 16 designs. Ingots are available in 2, 5, 7.5, 10, 20 grams combined with the various fineness 24kt, 18kt, 14kt, 9kt.

All orders that are completed by 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day, otherwise will be shipped the following day. For purchases made from 11:00 a.m. Friday through Sunday evening, shipping will be made on the first available business day. We use express and insured couriers that take 24-48 hours for delivery. You will receive an order tracking link.

The unique foil shape of IGE ingots allows to customize ingots with any type of manufacturing, which is done through state-of-the-art laser technology. Customization normally takes place in the back of the ingot. Given the size, the 2 gr ingot is not customizable. Once the ingot is chosen, a configurator will be available to you for customization. Since 9, 14, 18 Karats are considered jewelry products, they can be sold in any gold shop in the world.
